Investigations: Education, specialized
training, knowledge, hands-on experience along hard
work is what sets Aviation Accident Investigations
(AAI) apart from the rest.
Jim Stabley has more than 40 years of experience in
the general aviation industry. His education began
in high school with aviation technical courses,
followed by military aviation training. Once out of
the military, Jim continued with aviation technology
courses in college. He had twenty-five years
hands-on experience while employed by a major
aircraft engine manufacturer during which he
expanded his education by attending NTSB Accident
Investigation courses, fixed and rotor wing
maintenance courses, and participation with the NTSB
and FAA at on-site accident investigations, as well
as airframe and engine wreckage examinations.
Jim
formed Aviation Accident Investigations in 1993 and
is actively engaged in accident investigations,
specializing in, but not limited to, reciprocating
engines
